The “Magnolia” residence, self-sufficent
dependance of the Cosmo Hotel, is located in the center of the main square in
the “Torri Bianche “ area. The residence, located only 20 mt away
from the hotel, although self-sufficent is closely connected with all Cosmo
services. The flats, from 45 mq to 120 mq, are divided in one-roomed flats,
two-roomed and three-roomed flats, all furnished in a modern and comfortable
style.

Our threerooms apartment is 100 sqm large, has a comfortable living room, a
kitchen with oven, 4 plates, big refrigerator with frieezer. 2 bathrooms, one
with shower and one with bathtube, 2 bedrooms, one king size and one twin, balcony.
